BhulChuk turns the paper bahi-khata into a shared, two-sided ledger. The supplier logs the delivery, you approve it — both sides agree on every entry, in real time. No more month-end disputes.
A dairy owner collects milk from dozens of farmers every morning. Each delivery is a pencil mark in a register only one side keeps. Two weeks later, the tally is reconciled from memory — and that's where the arguments start. “I gave nine litres, not eight.”
One-sided records
Only the owner writes. The supplier just has to trust the book.
Month-end disputes
Quantities argued from memory; trust erodes; payments delayed.
Nothing is provable
No shared history, no audit trail, no agreed truth.
How it works
Supplier or owner taps in today's quantity in seconds — number pad, voice, or a quick chip. Works fully offline; syncs when there's signal.
A real-time notification goes to the counterparty: “Ramesh logged 9 L today.” Approve, edit, or reject — right from the notification.
Only an agreed entry counts toward the balance. Every change is kept as history. The double-tick means it's settled — like a read receipt for money.
Why BhulChuk is different
Every digital khata today is single-sided — only the owner writes, and the supplier is expected to trust it. BhulChuk is the first where no entry is real until both sides confirm it.

Who it's for
Anyone who delivers a quantity regularly and settles later. We're starting with dairies, where the daily pain is sharpest.
Owners ↔ milk suppliers. Litres a day, settled biweekly or monthly.
Hawkers ↔ subscribers and distributors.
Daily meals and home milk rounds.
Vendors ↔ mandi suppliers and regulars.
Shops ↔ regular credit customers.
Any quantity-based, settle-later trade.
What you get
Every entry agreed by both parties before it counts. The core of BhulChuk.
Log entries with no signal; everything syncs automatically when you're back online.
Instant push when a delivery is logged or approved — never miss an entry.
Number-first, voice-friendly, large buttons — designed for every comfort level.
Generate a clean biweekly/monthly statement and share the PDF in one tap.
An append-only history of every change — so the ledger is always provable.
Questions
भूल-चूक comes from “भूल-चूक लेनी-देनी माफ़”— the line written at the bottom of every traditional bahi-khata, owning up to any errors and omissions in the accounts. BhulChuk removes them at the source: both sides confirm every entry, so there's nothing left to forgive.
For the full two-sided experience, yes — but we're designing low-friction ways for suppliers to confirm, including for those without a smartphone. An owner can always keep records solo and have the supplier confirm later.
Yes. BhulChuk is offline-first — log entries any time, and they sync the moment you're back online.
No. Dairy is our first focus because the daily pain is sharpest, but BhulChuk works for any recurring, quantity-based trade settled periodically.
